特Features １回の送り長さが長いとき、フィーダーのトップ速度を落とすことなく送れます。送り長さが１～２ｍでも２重、３重にバラけさせることにより、ノーピットでフィーダートップ速度で送ることが可能で、生産性が飛躍的に向上します。
通常のダウンループタイプのレベラーフィードでは無理のある極端に狹くて厚板のときも非常にスムースに運転できます。
コイル挿入を上からしているためコイル外徑の大小や板厚に関係なくスムースにレベラーフィードヘッドに入れられます。
通常、厚板は巻數が少ないため、コイル外徑を大きくする場合が多く、Ｇシリーズは外徑φ1,800以上でもスムースに対応できます。（オプション）

Even in the extreme case of using narrow and thick material on a down-loop type leveler feed, operation is very smooth.
If inserting the coil from above, the material can be inserted smoothly in the leveler feed head regardless of the size of the coil O. D. or material thickness.
Normally, as thick material results in a small number of coil rounds, the coil O. D. is often made larger. The G-Series can smoothly handle coil O. D. of over φ1,800.(Optional).
